Ash Mann - From Coast-to-Coast
In October 2009 Ash and friends cycled the coast-to-coast route from the Irish Sea at Whitehaven in Cumbria to the North Sea at Sunderland to raise money for the Jane Tomlinson Appeal. You can find out more here www.justgiving.com/ashley-mann
Ash is running the 2010 London Marathon in April to try and raise even more money and is planning a 600 mile walk in 2011.
