The York Rose Runners are a friendly welcoming running group offering support and training sessions to Appeal Team runners. On this page you will find training plans and details of how to get involved with the group!

The York Rose Runners meet every Tuesday evening for a social run with a variety of distances to suit all runners.

Longer runs are often planned for the weekends and there are specific long run schedules tailored to Run For All events.
