The Leeds Half Marathon is one of the most iconic and celebrated sporting events in Leeds and indeed Yorkshire, making it a must for all runners. Impressively, in 2018 the event will be in its 34th year, which explains the vast numbers of spectators that fill the streets to support runners. With endless cheers up and down the route and an exciting atmosphere to motivate anyone to keep running, that hard-fought-for goal will undoubtedly be reached.
For the Leeds Half Marathon 2018, the date for your diary is Sunday 13th May at 9:30am.
Join the Appeal Team for what is set to be an unmissable run starting in the very city centre- The Headrow, subsequently taking you outside the centre and along the Ring Road, and ending in Cookridge Sreet- next to Millennium Square.
Feeling like you are part of a wider movement is something that this run is guaranteed to give you, as the Leeds Half Marathon is part of the Plusnet Marathon Series that also hosts the Sheffield Half Marathon, Yorkshire Half Marathon and the Yorkshire Marathon.
