Definitely one to save for the diary, the Sheffield 10K frees its busy streets to allow floods of runners to descend on the city since its debut in 2016- and 2018 promises the same. This incredibly popular event saw thousands of runners take part in this city centre run in 2016 and 2017, with the route starting in Arundel Gate and taking runners through the likes of Charter Row, round Endcliffe Park, Riverdale Road and Brocco Bank.
A highlight of the race is the fact that travelling through the city centre results in a supportive crowd that will undoubtedly turn out to fuel your effort.
