Beer makers at Leeds Brewery are raising a toast to the Jane Tomlinson Appeal's success - by crafting a brew in Jane's name.
Tomlinson's Tipple is on sale in the Brewery's venues across the city. And for every pint pulled, a donation will be made to the charity.
The 4% ABV pale ale - Jane's favourite brew - has been blended with input from the family, who have helped create the beer's unique taste.
Leeds Brewery's Sam Moss said: "We are absolutely delighted to be working with the Jane Tomlinson appeal as they celebrate this tremendous milestone in their fundraising activity. We look forward to being able to raise a pint of our commemorative beer with the Tomlinson family, the appeal team and many of those who have contributed to helping countless tremendous causes."
Jane's daughter Suzanne Tomlinson, who helped create the ale, said: "We're really grateful for Leeds Brewery's support and having a beer in mum's name is a lovely touch.
"We've sampled it - and we think it's great. Hopefully, people will get along to a Leeds Brewery pub before the end of February and give it a try. Not only will they be able to enjoy a great drink - but they'll be helping support the work of the Appeal."
Mike Tomlinson said about Jane's thoughts on the celebratory ale: "Jane would think it's fantastic, she was a beer drinker and this is about as good as it gets.
"Suzanne and I helped to design the beer with the team at the brewery but I have to be honest, it tastes so good I can't begin to believe it's something we've created. It's great! "
